Alma was born and raised in Europe. Just as she turned the tender age of
sixteen, Alma's family won the American Lottery and moved to New Jersey.
After graduating from high school, Alma attended Rutgers University where
she studied a variety of subjects from biology, french literature, philosophy and
modern dance before deciding that a life in the performing arts was an
unavoidable and adventouous future.

Alma opened her own theatre company
and worked to produce, direct and often
starred in many shows before she fled to
Seattle where she spent almost a year
working on fringe theater.

Alma moved to Los Angeles in the Summer
of 2006 where she discovered her love for
film acting and has since worked on over
seven full length indendent features with
many more to come.

Working with DJ
It was definitely a treat meeting DJ in India while working on Karma. His
warm personality and beautiful blue eyes (which I got to poke over and over
due to some complicated requests from production, forgive me DJ), really
brightened up and brought everybody together for the days DJ was on set.
Besides his great professionalism and experience as an actor and producer, DJ
definitely knows how to deliver a great yet pretty interesting and very fun to
watch performance. (not the easiest thing to do!) Also, his enthusiasm about
his work and involvement in the industry are a great inspiration, and his sweet,
and infectious yet honest attitude were a great refreshment up in the hills of
Ooty!
