I just got word from home that they are having an ice storm. I'm out at Dave Borowicz place in
Marina Del Rey and we have been visiting with friends while I finished pitch package for my
Friday meeting. I'm meeting with my agent at William Morris to discuss the SUPERMODEL
SHOWDOWN. Yesterday we went to the Malibu beach area for meeting with Anthem Pictures.
They are handling JUDGES and AN ORDINARY KILLER. I was impressed by the team of
individuals and their work speaks for itself. I got my advanced copy of AN ORDINARY KILLER
complete and a burnt copy of JUDGES including all the extras. Very cool stuff! I think people
will be completely into those two films. We will get those two titles out to the world and then we
can follow up with the sequels. The company is also looking at a few of the other projects I'm
involved with.
We will do a few signing engagements for AN ORDINARY KILLER this month. I'm thinking
that Sunday I will be in the midst of the Oscar Hoopla. We are suppose to go to the NIGHT OF
100 STARS which is an Oscar viewing party. The whole red carpet thing feels a bit crazy mostly
because of the whole press deal. We are announcing SUPERMODEL SHOWDOWN and a few
other things that go with that. I can't wait to share with all of you to then new ON LOCATION
DVD art and the clips etc... March 15th I think might be the website launch date.
We are going to try and catch up with some other friends today/tonight. I'm just happy to be
out of the ice storms and such working on the movie things. I'm getting excited to go to
Blackpool this month. I think it was a good script and now after the rewrites I'm told it really
jumps!
Well the store online will take you to the place where you can buy AOK and JUDGES. Also a
new hour long documentary entitled WICKED SPRING, The Making of an Independent Epic is
now on sale on Indie Flix and it has great footage on how we make a large scale period piece on
a smaller budget. Also with Lionheart Filmworks the new Civil War feature NO RETREAT
FROM DESTINY releases on March 15th. Go to Lionheart-Filmworks to see the information on
all that.
Busy, busy but loving it!
More later!

I'm drinking some coffee, eating some chicken soup, doing laundry and writing you all. I got
home about 3:00a.m. after a few delays in the airports. Stayed up until 5:30 sending Joe
Murphy (SUPERMODEL SHOWDOWN) some pictures for the 8 or 9 newspaper/TV reviews he
has today. I'm watching WICKED SPRING, THE MAKING OF AN IDEPENDENT EPIC. What
a great look back at the past. I highly recommend it. You can buy it at Indieflix or go to the
STORE link.
OK. NIGHT OF A 100 STARS! I'm almost at a lack of words. The Hummer Limo picked us up
about 3:30 and we headed to the Beverly Hills Hotel. Star EXPLOSION! So on the carpet I'm
talking to Australian TV, Jimmy Jay's world-wide syndication show and plugging the TV show.
I walk off the carpet and the first person I start talking with is none other then THE HULK, Big
Lou! He was kind and cool and we talked about him also just becoming a deputy to help reach
children. We get to the viewing party and I'm not there five minutes and I had a husband and
wife come up and say, "Can we have our picture with you?" I was like "Sure." He said,
"You're that guy who played the main yank in that Civil War film, aren't you?" To which I
responded, "Maybe... Did you like it?" I got approached about WICKED SPRING three times
there so I know that film is working itself around. It was full speed ahead from there. I talked
with some of my childhood favorites such as Burt Young (Uncle Paulie in ROCKY) about the
new Rocky film. Ed Asner, Dick Van Patten and Martin Landau about some projects with my
producer buddy Ray (Crossing The King's Highway). Chatted a while with Lou Diamond
Phillips about WILD MICHIGAN and he is very cool.
I really could go on and on about the night but I will say that I really attracted the foreign press.
I had great chats about the SUPERMODEL show and the upcoming movie releases "AN
ORDINARY KILLER", "JUDGES", "THE 8th PLAGUE", "GPS" and the upcoming "OUIJA"
film. The interviews were with all the major PR outfits. The Asian Network did a very large
interview with me concerning the India filmmakers like Yogesh Ishwar (Director of Ouija)
getting ready to breakthrough to the US. I had some Asian producers ask me about coming to
China to star in a few pictures. CRAZY!
"AN ORDINARY KILLER" started pre-selling at Meijers in Owosso and sold out in a matter of
hours so they are doing a major restock. We are doing a signing next Saturday morning at
Meijers. I think things are really starting to move! Next month is "JUDGES" and "MIRACLE
at SAGE CREEK".
My many thanks to Dave Borowicz, Karen, the girls at Friar Tux, Big Cat and everyone else who
helped make my 1st trip to the red carpet a memorable one. I know next year will bring even
more excitement.
I will have pictures to you soon I promise!

Hello everyone! I have several updates for all of you out there. I know Pepper will be adding a
page for the OSCAR night. I have seen a preview and it looks good.
I want to notify everyone that our new Lionheart Filmworks feature film: "NO RETREAT
FROM DESTINY: The BATTLE THAT RESCUED WASHINGTON" has just been released on
DVD nation-wide! March 10th is the official release date. It's 106 minutes long, and the DVD
has nearly 2 hours of extras... please go below to the websites for clips and info on ordering a
copy... if the mood strikes you...
LIONHEART FILMWORKS
MONOCACY MOVIES
Please, spread the word about this movie to your friends and family, pass this message along -
go ahead, don't be afraid.
Tomorrow I do an advance signing for "AN ORDINARY KILLER" at the Owosso Meijers. It
will officially launch on March 14th and people can pre-order on-line at the STORE link or on
Best Buy.
Contracts are signed on the supernatural thriller I'm shooting in Blackpool, UK entitled
"OUIJA" like the board. I'm co-starring with Griet Van Damme (Silence Becomes You,
Exorcist: Dominion), Matt O'Leary (Frailty, Domestic Disturbance) and Shanda Renee (Raising
Helen, The Princes Diaries 2). I play the mysterious drifter with a secret... BOO! Yogesh Ishwar
is the director and all I can say is that I'm excited to go and film in England.
You can see the NEW "Supermodel Showdown" poster on the website Supermodel Showdown.
It is HOT! And Nadia Dawn looks good too... Just kidding Nadia.
The "JUDGES" website has been COMPLETELY done over to get ready for the april 4th release
date. Screensavers, comics, pictures and they will soon have T-shirts and such! COOL! So go
and check out the new site for "JUDGES"!
Other news! It is OFFICIAL that I'm being paid to turn a published book into a screenplay. All
I'll say right now is that it is a period piece that takes place mainly in England and is entitled
"ACE". I plan to do some writing and research while in the UK.
Working on a few other movie deals including still trying to get "WILD MICHIGAN" in form.
More later but this seems like a good update for now.

March 12th, 2006
I need a weekend from the weekend! Pork chops in the oven and a beautiful Spring like day in
Michigan. My dad came over to Fort Perry and helped me put in a new faucet. I'm not the big
handy man but I try to do what I can do. I will start by saying that I have three people that I'm
close to fighting cancer and it really makes you realize that you should always be doing exactly
what you want to do. Someone on TV last night said you learn to enjoy every sandwich. I
thought that was funny.
So we did an advanced signing of the DVD's for "AN ORDINARY KILLER" at the Meijers in
Owosso and boy was it crazy! I have attached a few pictures below. They started on Monday
and sold out. Then Tony had more shipped in from Anthem and we signed many, many
autographs in just a few short hours. We met people at the actual search, people who had
family murdered, people who had known the actual girl, the family members. I was very proud
to be part of all that. They had only 13 copies left in the store from several hundred. I hope
that the corporate office will expand into all the stores. It is officially out on March 14th! I
know the Terence Knox fanclub has been waiting so I hope that you all will go to IMDB.com AN
ORDINARY KILLER and VOTE and leave a comment. We have a low ranking since last year
when I guess I upset someone for who knows what reason. Anyway, they actually spent the time
to hammer all our/my films with 1's and 2's... oh well. I guess I'm sorry for whatever I did to
anger someone so much that they would do that. I look forward to seeing what people really
think of it. I got to find out what about 100 people thought since many of the DVD buyers saw
it in the theaters when it ran.
I'm going to have a 3-7 day delay in going to the UK with "Ouiji" because of work permits for
some of the Indian film crew. That is okay. It will give me a few more days to get my affairs in
order here.
Cool "GPS" the movie trailer is at YouTube. Check it out and leave your thought. I play the
bad guy in that film so enjoy.
The 2nd trailer on "The 8th PLAGUE" is new. Cool new footage in it so check it out and pass
on the news. I know a whole new site will be going up there soon.
Good reviews on "MIRACLE AT SAGE CREEK" on a few family friendly sites...

Getting some good response from the Indie Flix site where we have "FROM VENUS",
"HEAVEN'S NEIGHBORS" it is there that the (*) is causing a few problems with their search
engine. Also "FIGURE in the FOREST" and "Making of an Independent Epic: WICKED
SPRING". So don't be shy add these 4 films to your collection.
I got contacted about a possible comedy film on Friday and a few other docs might be in the
works along with our slate of feature films. The new SUPERMODEL SHOWDOWN poster has
been released (see below).
I'm very excited after the response in Hollywood to show all of you out there our first glimpses
of the show. Also we should have more of our beauties going up on my LEADING LADY page.
Also here is the 2nd DVD cover that will be at Hollywood Video and such if I'm not mistaken.
So I think "GPS" and "The 8th PLAGUE" will be coming out next. I will have more updates
there in a couple of weeks.

Photos are from the Meijers in Owosso
pre-signing for the release of "An
Ordinary Killer" which will be officially
released on DVD March 14th.
March 15th, 2006
Well I retired "Ole Yella Brick" my big construction cell phone. I had it at the Oscars and
people thought it was so cool. They thought it was retro but little did they know I had it all the
way through. I think it is my 2nd cell phone. You get attached to them because of the good
deals you make on them. It was something that nobody would want to steal and if someone
lifted your wallet you could ace them in the head with it at 40 paces plus. So now I am trying to
figure out my phone. I can't get into my voice mail right now.
Okay just went to lunch and talked with Sara at Nextel and now my phone is straight. I'm going
to try and focus on the tasks at hand. Very busy right now with a few projects. The screenplay
I'm working on is coming together very well. I will keep at that and also the few other projects
we have underway. The "JUDGES" site is rocking cool and my buddy Oscar (Irish Pat Kelly) is
ripping it up on the skateboard ramp tip. Check it out at the HamptonRoads.TV site.
More later!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
My morning has started off great with Irish Coffee in my Irish mug that I think belongs to Tony
Hornus. I want to give a shout out to Natalie Nicole for her birthday. Just remember that
magic you displayed on the TV show is your truest beauty not the Nass. I should have my new
dates for England today after having a delay due to work permits. I have been talking with the
other cast members and I am looking forward to the shoot. Forgive me as this update will just
be a hodge podge of ideas flowing.
I have been also working hard with the gang getting "WILD MICHIGAN" into the gate. We are
half way there in our dealings with the banks. "AN ORDINARY KILLER" sold out again in the
Owosso area and so they are restocking again. It looks like national sales are doing very well.
I'm very happy with my writing on the screenplay "ACE" and what a great time period to write
within!
I got a script sent to me that might be my follow up after "OUIJA" and it is a small but
important part of this action/drama shooting in Chicago.
I sent over a cool little article on "FROM VENUS" which is selling very well at Indieflix.com. It
is a campy little film but even at the "AN ORDINARY KILLER" signing I had a middle aged
woman come up and tell me she bought the film and she loved it. It is not high production
value but it is fun. I'm glad people are liking the early works. They all have little teaser clips
online so you can take a look before you buy.
I have a few new leading ladies coming to ya'll including my old school leading lady Aimee from
"IN THE WOODS". That is right when all "muppet monsters" feared Alex Kerwood, the slayer
of monsters! I have talked with a few other of my "Supermodel" beauties and they will have
their info going up soon.
We are waiting on pics from G-Man our photographer on the "Showdown" so as soon as we get
those the new website will be going up. COME ON G-MAN!!!
That is all for today.
Green beer and a wee bit of whiskey may lie ahead for me!

March 23rd, 2006
First I want to wish Pepper well. I hear she is out of the hospital after a "mild heart attack".
They will have to take down her wall sized poster of Terence Knox, I think the stress is getting to
her. All kinds of crazy updates for you fine people out there.
First, my UK trip is on hold. Sad but true as the Indian and UK film companies work some
matters out. Some of it deals with work permits and whatnot but, I'm not sweating it. I'm
already in discussions about another film in Chicago and I have two documentary projects I'm
working on for associates of mine. More on those things later as more things develop.
A comedy possibly with Charlie Matthau might be in the works with another film
producer/director I know. "WILD MICHIGAN" is getting so close to a full launch now that I
can almost smell of horse manure. The writing on my WW1 script is going great. Last Saturday
I got to watch old footage of the actual "Red Baron" and that was really awesome since he is a
figure in our story. It was the last footage of him alive!
"AN ORDINARY KILLER" has officially attacked/released (On March 14th) and in the area
near Owosso, where the crime happened, they cannot keep it on the shelves. It is outselling
"HARRY POTTER" which has now led to a full out corporate buy in all 170 Meijer stores. Sam
Goodie keeps selling out as well and online sales look great and now they are into some foreign
sales. I know Tony Hornus is hard at work on the follow up story. I will say that the killer here
is much more sadistic and gets much more pleasure from the suffering of others.
I'm in talks on another action/horror film for later in the year that could be awesome. It
features a creature and I've seen the conceptual drawings... daddy likes. I haven't done a true
creature feature since "IN THE WOODS" which was sub par but hey... it was my first starring
role and I was just happy to stay on the horse.
The "SUPERMODEL SHOWDOWN" site goes up soon. It was delayed by a week as we just got
the pictures from our photographer G. I'm also going to be contributing writer for a new online
entertainment magazine. They will also feature me as an actor promoting the upcoming films
after Stevie Wonder and Charlie Watts are featured there. The DVD is underway and I'm
excited about that. "JUDGES" PR is heating up for the April 4th release. I hear that the
merchandise stuff is a coming. Sales on Indieflix havce been good with "FROM VENUS"
leading the pack followed by the new release of "Making of an Independent Epic, WICKED
SPRING".
We are also gearing up to shoot a pair of commercials for a friend of ours. That will be fun! I
know I'm missing stuff but I will catch you up on it once it comes to mind.
Just staying busy and loving the weather as spring approaches.

HELLO! We have a new TOP DOCUMENTARY for Indieflix!
That is right our "Making of an Indempendent Epic: WICKED SPRING" is #1 stealing the month
top spot with our films from "FROM VENUS". You can now see cool little clips on all of the
films. So check out "HEAVEN'S NEIGHBORS" (Search engine won't find it look under drama)
and "FIGURE in the FOREST". So cool get the whole DJ Perry collection on Indieflix!!! Next
up will be the award winning short "The NEST" that launched "WICKED SPRING".
Sales on "An ORDINARY KILLER" have been a killer. Meijer in Owosso is ready to run out
again and same with Same Goodie. We are told that Netflix did another big order today. I
actually went with my mother to lunch and ended up signing some autographs today. I was kind
of embarrassed yet proud. This wasn't a planned signing so my head was not in the game. Press
Releases have been going out left and right. I have a few more online magazines I'm doing
interviews for. LONG WEEK! I've been able to hide out in UK WW1 with my writing so that
has been good.
Ms. Natalie Nicole, one of the HOT young ladies from "SUPERMODEL SHOWDOWN" will be
next up on the LEADING LADIES. I've seen the new face for the new website and it is really
COOL! The trailers and such will give audiences a good feel for the tone of the show.
I talked with the director of a Chicago project I may shoot a few days on next month. Still no
word on "OUIJA" but we'll be patient and wait and see. T-SHIRTS! I'm told that Buddy Colt
"Whole Lotta Killin" shirts should be coming soon! I want a shirt that would be pretty cool.
I hope everyone has a great weekend. Please do order on bestbuy.com or amazon.com 2 copies
of "An ORDINARY KILLER" and "JUDGES" one to keep and one to give away! See the new
site for "JUDGES"... some fun stuff on there!
Until next week!

Coffee and a slight rain outside as the air warms and spring begins here in the Michigan. I have
a test shoot for a historic project that I'm involved in. I must say that I really LOVE history. I
watch so much non-fiction and then use the facts in my own writing and filmmaking. Okay onto
the movie updates.
Now that everyone has access to all these films I really want to hear peoples honest responses
not the "player hater" mentality that I invoked somewhere along the line by not hiring someone.
You can go to www.imdb.com and type in the title of the movie. You have to sign in but you
can VOTE and leave a COMMENT. You will see that some people have attacked the movies
with
harsh ratings and comments even before the film's releases. I will give some agreement that
some of the early films fell short of the ambition we had as early filmmakers but all worth
watching. Okay maybe "OUTLAW PROPHET" pushes it a bit! It was a GREAT filming
experience in Nashville.
Here comes the JUDGE! Okay JUDGES! Here is a link for your own official "JUDGES"
merchandise! http://www.cafepress.com/judgesthemovie I love this because it remind me of the
days when we use to all wear the movie shirts and had movie glasses. The website for
"JUDGES" is www.judgesthemovie.com good stuff lies there if you dare. I hear they are also
doing 3 theatrical screenings on April 4th followed by a signing of the DVD's . It would be fun to
be at but I think I may be in N.C. trying to lock in a project. We will see what develops.
I'm making some slow headway with a Lionheart Filmworks property that could have me
starring in another Kevin R. Hershberger film. We will see what happens there. I'm still writing
on my script "ACE" and very happy with it so far. We have meetings over the next 2 weeks to
try and lock everything in on "WILD MICHIGAN" so the paperwork can all go to New Mexico.
I was told that we completely sold out the 1st run of "NO RETREAT FROM DESTINY" and it
should also go up on www.amazon.com here soon. "AN ORDINARY KILLER" sold out again it
the Owosso area but they are restocking and sales nation-wide have been strong as well.
Netflix picked up another large order and rental chains are starting to get it in now. TV deal
should be right around the corner and even our foreign friends and fans will start to get a look
at it.
"SUPERMODEL SHOWDOWN" should be gearing up for its website release along with trailers
and clips of all the girls. I talked with one of our editors in Boston and he is working with Joe
on getting things in order there.
"The 8th PLAGUE" is supposed to start some negotiations here soon. More word on that later.
Also "GPS the Movie" at www.gpsthemovie.com is heating up. I was directed to these funny pics
of my GPS treasure hunter, Sam and his girlfriend, Frankie, trying to use their GPS. We look
lost. See pictures below, they are funny!
More later!!!

March 29th, 2006
Today was a solar eclipse, a day of renewal, how wonderful. The spring air is here and I
absolutely loved it. I had great meetings yesterday and then again today. Such great things lie
ahead. I had a shoot on a historic project and it also went fantastic. I think 2006 is going to be
a great year to make our mark.
“AN ORDINARY KILLER is selling very well and we are cutting money back to our
investors already. “JUDGES is getting ready to release on the 4th of April and I think I
already mentioned that they have merchandise. They even have a BUDDY COLT “Whole
Lotta Killin T-Shirt. I think that is so cool. I feel a little egotistical if I buy a shirt with my
face on it.
Hmmm…maybe I’ll have to buy one for my grandma. That would be a cool image.
Badass Granny, Buddy’s grand mammy! Okay I
have an idea even though I’m not sure anyone will
do it. During the month of April anyone who buys a
Buddy Colt “Whole Lotta Killin’ T-shirt,
takes a picture wearing it and sends it in to Pepper via
email (include an address) and then I will send a
signed picture. At the end of April we will (I will)
chose my favorite picture so have fun with it. Here is
the link: http://www.cafepress.com/judgesthemovie
Here is a cool link to watch the scoring process and
buy the “GPS soundtrack see: http://www.edgen.
com/gps/
I’m including a few GPS posters that Pepper can
post here and then put into the poster section.
RELEASE DATE ANNOUNCEMENT:
May, 30th, 2006 is the release of “MIRACLE at SAGE CREEK on DVD. This film is
truly a beautiful piece of work and it was such a joy to work on. You can see our DVD extras
and catch me as a cowboy…yeehaw!
Just came back from soccer practice. I’ve been off a few weeks and outdoor is getting ready
to start soon. My running was fine but my legs felt like 1,000lbs each. Just make some food
and I’m going to hit the hay. Until next time my friends.
